Property Management

Oakland Developers Ltd manages commercial, residential and industrial properties on behalf of a clientele including individuals, companies, institutions etc.

On appointment as Property Managers we offer the following services:

Rent collection
preparation of statements of accounts and default reports
letting/re-letting, renewal of leases and rent reviews
maintenance and minor repairs
payments of all operating costs e.g. insurance, premiums, rates, ground rent, security
preparation of periodic reports
advise on the status of the property market
property account management and banking
General property overview

Property Sales and Letting

This is carried by assessment of the current market value/rent of the property before the property is placed in the market. We sell/let commercial, industrial, residential and agricultural properties for our clients. We also do sell of big chunks of land which we sub-divide in smaller plots for Sacco’s, banks and other clients in accordance to their needs and there after securing respective title deeds for each member plot from the mother title.

Feasibility Studies

We undertake feasibility studies for our customers and advise on the viability of proposed commercial, industrial and residential properties. This helps the potential client to understand the pros/cons of a particular area of interest, where we guide them on the market value, security of the property either on long term or short term depending on the needs of the client.

Where financing for acquisition of property is needed, we here come in handy in organizing for the arrangements, again based on the needs, capabilities and capacity of the client in regard to the aforementioned study done.

Project Management

We undertake Project Management on behalf of our clients. This involves co-ordination of all the professionals involved in construction of a project and supervision the same to ensure that the set objectives of a high quality development are achieved in a cost effective way.

We do projects appraisals for individual, corporate and group clients on various endeavors to help our clients and especially from the Diasporas to make informed decisions before committing themselves. This is one piece of advice that has helped alleviate potential clients from falling into the hand of fraudulent demeanors.
